Privacy Policy

Effective March 24, 2015

At TonyKlett.com, I consider your privacy to be extremely important. This Privacy Policy is intended to outline the types of information that is received and collected and how it is used.

Currently, I can only collect personal information in two situations. The first is if you email me. The second is if you should fill out the “Appointment Request Form.” In doing so you may provide me your name, email address, phone number and other information. You are not required to provide any information via these two methods to use and enjoy TonyKlett.com, but if you do, rest assured I will not share any of that information.

Cookies and Server Logs

I’ve used Squarespace to build, maintain and host my site, and you should be aware that Squarespace and TonyKlett.com may use Cookies that are necessary for the proper operation of my site and their system. When accessing TonyKlett.com, Squarespace may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser/OS type and referral URL in order to provide site traffic statistics — a standard procedure offered by hosting services like Squarespace. To be honest, there isn’t much traffic flowing to my site, and I rarely look at these “Metrics”, but if I do, it is never linked to any personally identifiable information.
